For correct fit, measure from the back of the neck to the base of the tail. According to the manufacturer, here is the size chart:

X Small will fit dogs from 7" to 9" in length (Neck to tail)

Small will fit dogs from 10" to 13" in length (Neck to tail)

Medium will fit dogs from 14" to 17" in length (Neck to tail)

Large will fit dogs from 18" to 21" in length (Neck to tail)

If your dog is in between sizes, it is always best to order the next larger size.
